Remembrance Sunday

We venture to Bath, to support my Grandfather for Remembrance Sunday. We go to the Cenotaph (pictured) for the parade service, then after a spot of lunch, we went to the Bath Abbey for the Remembrance Day Service.

It's been a beautiful day, the weather was glorious and it was fantastic to see Granddad looking so well, he's 88 years young and served in Burma during the Second World War.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
