House hunting this afternoon - 4 houses in the rain, 2 kids going hyper, 1 feckless estate agent, 1 smarmy one, 1 that admitted that not much is going to come on the market between now and Xmas. Decisions, massive mortgage, decisions. No wonder Chris and I attacked the Celebrations box with such vengeance when we got home.
