A clear, crisp morning walk through the Meadows on my way to church. Lovely.

The Remembrance Sunday service was, as ever, spot on. Such a privilege to have a Naval war veteran and a recent Naval officer there, hearing their stories. Astounding.

The sermon, too, tied in well.

This afternoon I was kindly invited to be a guest at Julia's roast club. Such a lovely afternoon! Lovely food, great conversations and getting to know some new people.

It has also provoked a curiosity for folk music, so we shall see where that takes me!

Off to bed happy, contented and thankful.
