At the going down of the sun

Acts of Remembrance around the world today.

The boy and I were on a different mission today. To escape the house, having been housebound for much of the last week for one reason or another. We'd heard about the new Robert Louis Stevenson statue at Colinton Parish Church, and wanted to see it. The boy is doing his "Victorians" project on a writer this week, so it seemed appropriate. Others have blipped the statue, and when I reviewed my collection of photographs from today, I liked this one of Spylaw Park in Colinton Dell, and the title phrase sprung to mind.
