Empire Hotel, Temuka NZ

This is the Empire Hotel, situated in the main street of Temuka.

The only history I can find on this place, is of a proprietor being charged with supplying liquor on Christmas day, in 1914.

Says it all really.

There's a lot of buildings like this one, in Temuka, and I will photograph them too ( and probably not be able to find out any history!).
