Keeping An Eye On You ...

I have had a really horrible day today.

Last night we heard some teenagers shouting in our street when we went to the door we heard them shouting their mate had been stabbed. We called the police along with many other people.

There were teenagers in our street screaming and shouting at the top of their voices then this guy came down our street, he was the man whom had stabbed their friend he wanted to take them all on he was around 30 to 40 years old.

He had a knife in his hand he looked "wide eyed" as Eric put it and only focused on the young lads and shouting "I will have you all".

He turned around then left (this was all happening outside my driveway), the young lads were shouting and screaming and crying, all they wanted to do was go back up the road to where the man had stabbed their mate, the police and ambulance they arrived quickly.

In the end we found out the man had stabbed two youths, one was air lifted to Addenbrooks Hospital with a stab wound to his heart area and the other youth was stabbed somewhere else.

It was one of the most awful things I had had to watch in all my life and still now while I am typing I can hear one of the lads screaming (whom was the boys mate whom got stabbed).

They have arrested the guy and had taped the area off we have had the police in our street for 24 hours now,.

The police knocked on our door this evening asking for a statement. One spoke to me, then Kieran on his own, Kieran was very helpful as he saw what the knife looked like and showed the policeman it on google, and another policeman spoke to Eric.

We have heard that the one of the youths had to have open heart surgery and that they dont know if he will make it and the other is on our local hospital but we dont know what his injuries are.

I hope and pray that the youths will recover and be ok, I hear it was the main youth injured 19th birthday also yesterday.

I hope this isnt becoming a regular thing in our town now adays last Sunday they had to close Debenhams at 2.30pm as a guy stabbed another guy in his buttocks.
