Casey Lynn Wright, 26, of Eugene, Oregon died on November 2nd 2013. She was born in Eugene on October 5th, 1987 to Sydney and Rossco Wright.

After graduating from Henry D. Sheldon High School in 2006, Casey pursued her dream of becoming an accomplished equestrian with a passion and success that were a joy to witness. Casey and her equine partner, a Hanovarian cross named Duncan, became a winning team in every way. Casey brought a commitment to excellence in her many pursuits, which included; tango dancing and west coast swing, exploring the natural world on camping and fishing trips with her parents, and becoming a mature woman. Wherever she went, and in all she did, Casey developed abiding friendships. She touched profoundly the lives of all of us who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. We will miss her, and in the lives we lead, we will honor her.

Casey is survived by her parents: Rossco Wright and Sydney Brooks; her grandfather, Thomas Brooks; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends.
