House bound

After my escapades yesterday today was painful and sedate. My knee was giving me he'll all day - blown up like a watermelon and stuff as anything. Looked like a 90 year old walking! Eventually this afternoon went to the hospital to be told I've likely pulled / torn ligaments- answer elevate and take painkillers oh and tubi-grip.
So am home with feet up- it's raining this evening so not too difficult to do
