Analogue

In these days of digital electronic technology, it comes as a bit of a shock to be confronted with a good old Vernier scale - and a bit of a challenge for some students to read!

This scale is marked to an accuracy of 0.02mm, but if you can interpolate I reckon this scale is reading 50.31mm. Anyone disagree?

I have now back-blipped my entry from the last day of photography in Perthshire.
