persistent mists

Today couldn't have been more of a contrast to the bright and crisp frostiness and sunshine of yesterday. Mists lay heavy on the hills all day so that pretty much everything looked hazy or silhouetted. Liked the shapes and blackness of this fallen tree against the indefinition of much else.
