Remembrance

As we take a bit of time thinking about the war dead it's worth remembering those that weren't in uniform

In the early part of the 20th century civilian casualties made up around 5% total in war. By the 90's this had risen to over 90%. Of that 90% a huge proportion were children. Innocent children are paying the price for these wars in numbers that are beyond comprehension. Their names are never read out and are never inscribed on walls

Worth a thought.
