Pill

This is not a pill.... this is soap. But I would probably need ibuprofen this size for my sore muscles. Signed up for some mum activity class and OMG the pain I´m in after yesterdays session !!!! This is taken just before I climbed (struggled) into the bath tub.
This will go on three times a week....... when does it stop to hurt ??
