Schizostylis coccinea (again)

These were planted in the front garden yesterday, and are a much deeper red than the ones in the back garden that I blipped back in September.

This is a rare photo for me, as I used the flash. Hence the lovely black background.

They came down from my parents (also were the original plants came from years ago), when we brought the apples.

Speaking of which I have racked the cider (transferred from one container to another leaving the lees (yeast etc) at the bottom of the old one; added a bit of sugar (it was incredibly sharp), and it's bubbling away again.

Hopefully something palatable will come out of the end of it, but still not convinced.
