Give and take!

Put out a bag of clothes, toys and books for collection and then watched as the highways team power washed the pavements and didn't once consider moving the bag!!
Meanwhile, I got on with painting the room at the top...it's nearly finished! Then the chimney sweep arrived and retrieved the very dead and very fat pigeon from half way up the chimney and he said I'd restored his faith in women because I didn't scream and become hysterical!!! And then he went a charged me much less that I'd expected so guess my calm response paid off!?!
