autumn colour at home

At one point it looked as though it was going to be one of those soggy colourless autumns, but all of a sudden there is a blaze of colour everywhere.

It was a nice slow start to the week with not much on. but had to take Zani to the vet she has developed a worrying and probably expensive limp. We had to wait for ages.
Afterwards we went to the beach though it was already getting dark and was drizzling. Such short days now. I took a few shots but wasnt especially happy with any of them.
