The golden river

We needed to get out and about today, cabin fever setting in, so went for a quick hike along a circular walk around Ross, part of which runs by the River Wye. As the sun set, the river seemingly took on a golden hue, but also the temperature fell away, two signs that our walk was done. Home to the open fire, and a cuppa.
