Up at Dawn on a Holiday

Veterans Day is a great holiday because it is solemn so you don't have to feel compelled to celebrate anything. I got a lot of house and garden tasks done and felt very productive. however, going through my stack of mail, i realized i had let my car registration lapse. Oh well.
