Keep clear

I had been hoping to attend a lunchtime talk on Guerilla gardening, but got embroiled in a desktop optimisation situation.

I assume that this small brick-built shed houses a water pumping station or similar. I've always thought that it would much easier to exit in an emergency if the door wasn't padlocked.
