End of the Tree

Quite an event on the street this morning: everyone out to watch how quickly power tools reduced the tree to a group of logs and truck load of sawdust !.
The house owner has a rose ready to replace it. Sad moment, though loads more light in my front room! and I reckon my plants out front will enjoy more sun/light too.
