140th

After a lovely evening with J & L, featuring a delicious risotto and in-depth discussion of Strictly Come Dancing, it was off to Stroud for R & D's 140th birthday party.
Many old friends of M's (generally fatter and balder/more white-haired) and many jolly musical turns. R played the melodeon, D sang and looked about 30 years less than her age, Oak was 3/4 reformed for a couple of songs, crisps were hoarded against the coming winter, fine ales were consumed. Splendid!
