Home made building at its best

I was in Tembisa today to prepare for a kids function and drove past these guys busy making their own bricks to sell to the community. Using the natural heat of the sun the bricks are baked dry before being stacked in preparation for building.

Makes perfect sense to me to involve the community in your building operations.
