Heavy showers again today, with bright spells between.

A visit to the physio this morning. Acupunture in the elbow, or shall I have a look at your back problems? Went for the back option, and after several stretches and bends, yes, there is a problem with the sacral lumbar connection. So a few manipulations, and a list of exercises. Feeling better already..

A special blip today, my 300th consecutive. Wanted something special, so drove down to the harbour, just in time for a torrential storm. So drove on to KLB, and on to Oldshoremore, Polin, and Droman. Droman was absolutely heaving, white water, and spray everywhere. Drifts of it blowing across the shore. Lighting was difficult. From one side of the small bay, I was viewing directly towards the sun, and everything was washed out. Round the other way, and up onto the hill, was covered in spray, and could hardly stand up. Managed to grab a couple of dozen pics, and got the filter covered in salt spray. Drove on past Sheigra, but another storm came.. Next stop around the coast is Sandwood Bay. This is really a stunning piece of coastline..
