It will be ready for Christmas

The elderberry wine is fermenting nicely, it will be ready for Christmas.
I will be doing things with it tomorrow and making it up to a gallon.
I am keeping the cool air from the window off it by wrapping the towel around it.

It was getting dark when I realised I had not done a blip, therefore lots of reflections in the picture.
