Under Water

After three days of almost constant precipitation it feels as though we are living underwater. All the plants in the garden this morning were covered in water droplets.

Fortunately after the cloud and mist lifted we had a welcome warm and rain free day. Later I went for a soggy walk through the woods looking for Autumn colour and found there was still more green than coloured leaves. That is amongst those that have not already been blown off the trees.
