Birds

We spent a damp morning in the reserve at the RSPB's headquarters in Sandy where we saw quite a few birds and an unfeasible number of skittish grey squirrels. Jays, woodpeckers and ravens, even. But my favourite birds of the day were actually the cheeky starlings who were infesting the shopping centre car park that we stopped at on our way to Sibford. (Come to think of it, the last time I was in this car park I blipped a rat - the starling is definitely an improvement.)
