Confectionery against a Blue Sky

Apart from some extraordinary modernistic extravaganzas, I am convinced that 18th and 19th century public buildings have more design and beauty about them than the vast majority of those of the second half of the 20th century and into the 21st. This is the tower of the Town Hall in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. I like it.
