Raising one's eyebrows

The Sun arrived on the Costa de'l Taff today. A welcome return by our nearest star; pity it was only a few degrees up on the horizon and practically blinded you as you walked towards it.
This guy might probably be the nicest guy on the planet, but I can't help thinking those eyebrows looked threatening
