And...relax...

Had our offer accepted on the house we want to move to today. This is all a bit too easy! The person moving in to our house is chain free and the house we're moving to is vacant so our mortgage advisor (a.k.a. father-in-law) thinks we could be moving in as little as six weeks!

Something is bound to go wrong...
