Halloween Leftovers...

Emergency Blip I hear you say? How very dare you! Of course it is! :P

Out of two family packs of sweets (bought for *Guisers at Halloween) containing M&Ms, mini Mars Bars, Skittles, Milky Way Stars, Milky Ways and Twix, all that is left are the latter two. Now from this information you would think it is safe to deduce that the local children are not that keen on Milky Ways and Twixes (not sure that’s a word), well you would be wrong!

We didn’t have a single Guiser at the door this year so the only thing that’s safe to deduce from this shot it that it’s ME who’s not keen on Milky Ways (bland and unexciting) or Twixes (shit caramel and tasteless biscuit) as it’s gutsy old ME who’s scoffed the rest of the goodies.

David’s taking this little lot to work tomorrow to put in the free-for-all bowl in the staff kitchen, where they will no doubt disappear in seconds and can at last stop feeling forlorn and unloved.

Ele came up today and we went out for lunch and to do some Christmas shopping. Wasn’t that inspired so didn’t buy much, just a couple of stocking fillers. Did treat myself to a new apron - Tartan Cupcakes - doesn't match a single thing in my kitchen but don't care. I like it :)

Yawning like mad here but D out tonight so need to get Alan's supper organised then it will be straight to bed for me.
