Feeling a little ruff?

Not any more... I'm over the cold and feeling more like myself... Back at the Gym tonight... I shall probably be suffering tomorrow...

I've also been cracking on with the Ruff for my Mary Queen of Scots Project... I've discovered it's a zen like thing making one of these... as it involves a lot of very tiny careful stitches... and you start to zone out after a while...
