We never grow out of some things

I was out killing time till I could talk to Angel and maybe get a blip while I was at it. I just went for a walk in one of the fields near my house. I found this old tractor that was rusted to almost nothing. All the self portraits on it were pretty out of focus. As you might know I like to use a shallow DOF and well, it's tricky to focus on myself on a tractor while I'm standing behind the camera.

Oh, I thought I did something INCREDIBLY stupid. I shot a roll of film through the Praktica SLR I'm borrowing from the school, as a reference to see how it stacks up to my Canon A-1. And well, I got to shot 36 and the film kept going, after 3 frames I knew what I must have done. Forgot to load the camera with film! Well I just checked and I didn't forget. It just never left the canister. It's kind of a bummer especially since I just rolled up some perfectly good Agfa APX. Maybe I can yank it out in the darkroom at some point. So, I'm just *kinda* stupid.
