JACARANDA.........
..... I had been thinking after this good rain we have just had, my plan to get a shot of the Jacarandas in flower was not to be...
but, out early this morning and noticed the early light on this tree gave it a different "shine"!
Only problem the wind that had come up made it hard to get a "sharp" shot. Felt however, the colour generated and todays crisp blue sky help make it my Blip.
Jacaranda is a genus of 49 species of flowering plants in the family Bignoniaceae (WIKI), and are very popular in our area particularly along the Nepean River.
Enjoy, and have a look in LARGE.
