Veterans Day.

Everyone pull out your flags and sing your patriotic tunes.
Post your pictures and thank God for keeping YOUR soldier safe.
Go ahead and throw on your red, white and blue articles of clothing. Add your red ribbons while you're at it.
Barbecue your food and have your entire family gather 'round.

I guess I am trying to say that there shouldn't be just a single day where we remember our vets. It should be every single day that we thank them and pray for their safe return. I don't think you should just thank the veteran you are closest too...you should be thanking every single one. The ones that have once served, the ones that continue to serve, and the ones that have passed on.
