It's the one that got away, as the ESB demolished the rest of the terrace to make way for Sam Stephenson's bold new vision.

It's often overlooked just how much Sam did for the heritage of this country - The Irish Georgian Society only exists because of his work here, and An Taisce's rise to power stems directly from the shitstorm caused by his Civic Offices!
