Cloud

A day down in Gateshead, mostly conducting interviews. Excellent candidates so it was quite enjoyable, particularly compared with the increasing amounts of nonsense I was confronted with each time I emerged to check email.

The most interesting thing I saw today (I know, I'm sorry!) was this strange cloud that was visible from the train. It was a long tubular kind of thing, snaking approx fifteen miles (although very hard to gauge) and moving slowly southwards. It tapered off around Berwick. Not quite a barrel cloud, but thinking about it.

(Whilst Meles was thinking about "doing a Scobes", as it is now called.)
