Noose

I went to West Bay to see Mum this morning, the sun is shining. I hadn't told. Mum or my dad that I was coming over nor my brother who is flying in on Wednesday, and couldn't do my blips as they both look at them!
I noticed this rope noose hanging from a roof and when I really looked saw it was attached to an arrow and a large knife sticking in the roof all very strange! I wonder how long it's been there?
