Felix Flicker Returns

After a long, tiring day out yesterday (pétanque, a meeting, and many errands), I intended having an early night, but I read too late. I decided to go back to sleep after the alarm this morning and not play pickleball.

I had another reason for staying home -- I was hoping our flicker would show up again to continue arranging the interior of the nesting box to his, and a potential mate's, satisfaction. I didn't want to come home and see Cynthia's great flicker/Flickr photos yet again.

You can see I wasn't disappointed.
