A test in French

Spent the whole evening studying with Milena for her test in French. She's quite bright and she has the potential to be a good student, yet without our help she would have poor marks in most of the subjects. Is it due to lack of concentration, lack of interest, laziness or poor teaching methods? I don't know - but we have to find a solution as soon as possible as this crazy situation cannot continue :(
