Looked at this barn today for business rent - gorgeous location and externally.
Revisited after work to view inside - total state. Standing in mud. Just breeze block. Nothing. A shell. Needs £200,000 minimum to get it operational for a unit.
No wonder the rent was cheap! Disappointing.
