moo plate from the past

Another horrible day today. Get back from seminar and missed a meeting where a decision has been made to completely mess my team up. Upset, frustrated, at a loss for words. I'm fast approaching needing to seriously consider my future. ....it's just such a daunting prospect....but think I'm going to go mad if I don't make a change soon.
