low tide..

Had a lovely six mile walk today, over the farm along the river to Newhaven.. After a coffee i headed home again. My fitness levels must be improving a hill i usually have to power up seemed to just come and go, infact i can't remember huffing and puffing at all!!
Tonight i am going for a drink with fellow blippers Karen andBarbara[/url so better get a move on i'm meeting them in two hours time..
