Hutton Le Hole
We had a drive to Sandsend today were we a found lovely little gift shop and purchased a few Christmas gifts.
We then went on for a drive into the Yorkshire Moors. The views and the scenery was stunning, so many colours!!
This is a little village called Hutton Le Hole, been a few times on our drives through the area (it is only about an hour from where we live so on the doorsep really). it is a lovely quzint little village.
On our way back we took a detour which we thought may lead us back a different way to Whitby. We took a turn off to a place called Botton.....it lead just to Botton a Hamlet that seemed to live on and in wood. I stopped the car to ask if it was a through road however the yokel looked as though I was an Alien and answered very quickly no to the road through and yes to the answer do I have to turn around and go back the way I came. It was a bit like Yorkshire Deliverance!!
Only one day left of our holiday, we head back early Saturday morning.
