Fierce beastie

Ages ago I took a picture of this beastie from a first floor window across the road. I had to use my iPhone because it was the time I was between cameras. The photograph wasn't particularly good and I promised myself I would do better! I still think its a pretty striking image and I'm sure it all means something, though I've no idea what :-). I'm specially interested in the purple nail varnish!!
