Doesn't Matter
This is my supervisor when I am out working in the garden. She is complaining that I can't get any real work done while holding that silly box-like thing and isn't it time I put it down and did something useful. She adopted us last winter when she realized that living in a household with 3 yippy dogs (and 2 yippy children) was not to her particular liking. Our quieter lifestyle suited better.
We call her Zoe, or Gata, or Queen of All She Surveys or any of a half dozen other monikers but it doesn't matter as she doesn't come when she is called. She comes in in the evenings to eat or when it is cold and damp. We have come to insist that she spend the nights inside as coyotes live in the area and walk the street after dark sometimes. She is a sweet, quiet girl who doesn't say Meow so much as 'mip'.
This pic of her is unusual in that she usually supervises me with her eyes closed and curled up in a ball that mystically moves from place to place as I go through my rounds. She is also camera shy and prefers photos taken of her lovely tail rather than her glowing green eyes. When not managing my efforts in the garden she waits for the mothership to return her from whence she came.
