Under Construction!

Question - Who builds housing estates without providing the necessary facilities?
Answer - Lots of places!

This is certainly the case in one part of Swindon we visited today. Hundreds of houses, but no local shop. They are now, several years on building this supermarket (?) part way between this large housing estate and the next one that is due to start soon, so I suppose it is a case of better late than never!

I certainly hope this provides the local residents what they need. In the meantime though it provides me with a blip, taken with my phone from the car as we drove past, and I rather like the light effect shining through the steelwork.

Oh and in case you are wondering - I wasn't driving!
