Farewell

This is J's car. Well technically it's Grandad's who kindly bought it and gifted it to us a few months ago to make life a little easier. It's been in and out of the garage more times than I like to think in those few months, most memorably when the engine well out on the roundabout. The head gasket went last week so today it was time to send it to the scrap yard in the sky in tin can form.

M came home yesterday with 3 party invitations so I had to pop to town to raid the you shops.

Finally visited my grandma after missing her during half term and chicken pox week. She's trialling being back at home with 3 hours with carers in attendance. Hmm, jury's out on whether his will be good for her, I really really hope it is.

Afternoon spent changing my phone contract. Feeling liberated now sky and the big phone bills have gone. Gutted that J's car insurance do not offer partial year refunds despite the car not existing anymore. How is that even possible?
