Yesterday I had one of those days when I completely ran out of time!

The trains were horrendous, and I was at work in the evening running training. Yet in between I snatched some time to catch up with my 3 year old Godson and his Mum. I love going to see them - not least because I am always fed well, but also because this little boy's mum (who is also super-mum to 3 other children) is one of my dearest friends.
