I took this at the University of California Santa Cruz arboretum. The arboretum covers a lot of ground. The places we have explored so far are only the tip of the iceberg. A very small piece of the Australian gardens and an even smaller piece of the African garden. This Blip is in the African section & the curls on the plant fascinated me.
I forgot to write down the name of this plant so will do so next time I am there.
