Well I don't have a psychiatrist - though many might feel I need one - but I do have a lovely butcher selling excellent meat. We bought a great looking piece of beef on the bone for Sunday as lot of family still with us. For many years, during mad cow disease, we all stopped eating meat. It was then a huge treat for the kids to have steak or hamburgers when on holiday in Portugal as we felt it was safe there. Only one of my children has flirted with vegetarianism - but the smell of bacon rolls was her downfall! Sadly we all like our food a little too much! We totally empathised with Nigella Lawson when she said her family would be discussing what to have for dinner whilst eating lunch!
