Lancaster Canal.

I'm still trying to break the new boots in so a walk down the canal to Preston Docks this afternoon. Despite the canal coming to an abrupt halt a few miles further on there are occasional boats going up and down and a few optimistic fishermen. SWMBO managed to get a snap of one such lucky catch.
It's nice to be able to take such a scenic route into town although it's not all as picturesque as this section.
